Meeting was opened

The meeting was opened and the Pledge of Allegiance was lead by past President, Mike O'Reilly.

Mary Ruthe Miller discussed palm tree disease affecting Sea Isle.

Minutes and the Treasurers Report for November were read, accepted, and approved.

Committee Reports / Old Business

The Membership Committee reported that we had 318 members for 2018 which was a record year.

Winners of the Holiday Lights Contest were announced. The winner of the Dry lot was Julie Greenwell and the winners of the Canal lot were Terry and Brenda Crocker.

Planters Bunch officers for 2019 are Presiden-Clarence Peltier, Vice President-Susan Graham, Treasurer-Nick Endres, Recording Secretary-Mary Ruthe Miller, and Corresponding Secretary-Paulette Cotrone.

New Business

Sign-up sheets for 2019 Committee Chairs and Lunch Hosts were circulated.

Upcoming events were discussed including the Spaghetti Dinner on January 19th, Pancake Breakfast on February 16th, and the Chili Cook-off on February 16th.
